Getting Environmental

So today we are heading up to our lawyer's office to draft an addendum that addresses the recently discovered environmental issues. Or issue. That being UST's. Underground Storage Tanks for OIL. And the propensity they have for leaking into and contaminating the soil. Oh, did I mention DEM is involved? Or that the bank won't finance until we can show a closure certificate from DEM?
